📋 Description
• Entry-level remote position supporting vulnerable populations by managing incoming calls and coordinating referrals to appropriate levels of care • Responsibilities include assessing eligibility for placement, communicating with referral partners and guardians, and providing trauma-informed support, including de-escalation when needed • Requires multitasking across systems, navigating EHRs, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure timely, accurate outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years of relevant experience may be considered • Valid drivers license and auto insurance • At least 21 years of age • One or more years of related experience • Supervisory experience preferred • Strong technical skills in Microsoft 365, cloud-based platforms, and Electronic Health Records systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
