📋 Description
• Supervise and control complex computer systems, networks, and applications • Operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment • Perform batch operations according to service agreements • Analyze first-level issues across systems • Resolve or route issues as appropriate • Develop support system management processes tailored to customer requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer success
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with scheduling software, reporting, and logging • Proficient with operating systems (Windows or Mac) • Experience with troubleshooting, backup/recovery, and basic networking (preferred)
