📋 Description

• Drive insights across B2B marketing organization • Help the business understand marketing contribution to revenue • Identify opportunities to accelerate growth across channels, audiences, and marketing funnel • Lead analytics workstream or mini-projects such as segmentation models, analyzing paid media performance, evaluating event impact, etc. • Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver recommendations and build dashboards • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM systems, marketing platforms, and data warehouses • Present findings to peers and immediate leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent professional experience • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, business intelligence, or revenue analytics • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel (required) • Experience with CRM, Marketing, and Sales Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, CJA, Atlas) • Ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive new analytical methods or workflows • Strong communication and data storytelling skills • Familiar with leveraging AI to automate code writing
