📋 Description

• Partner with customers to understand business objectives, capability gaps, and learning priorities • Recommend learning strategies and solutions supporting technical and non-technical skills development • Facilitate the design and deployment of learning programs aligned to customer goals • Act as the primary link between customers and internal learning pillars to enable effective delivery • Guide learning engagements from scoping through delivery, ensuring expectations and outcomes are clear • Review learning metrics, reports, and feedback to assess effectiveness and inform recommendations • Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts • Stay current on learning tools, methodologies, and external trends to inform solution design

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience consulting with customers on learning, talent, or workforce development initiatives • Ability to translate business and stakeholder needs into structured learning solutions • Experience supporting the design or delivery of blended learning programs, such as virtual, classroom, or digital formats • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver learning or development solutions • Ability to review learning metrics and reports to evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements • Clear experience facilitating discussions with customers and subject matter experts • Working knowledge of learning tools, platforms, or learning program delivery models • Preferred: Experience in learning and development, organizational development, or talent-related consulting • Preferred: Familiarity with instructional design principles or learning experience design • Preferred: Experience supporting large or complex learning programs across multiple stakeholder groups • Preferred: Exposure to performance support tools, job aids, or technical documentation • Preferred: Background working in enterprise or technology-focused environments • May be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination when working at a client, customer, or partner location
