📋 Description

• Build and run industry-specific propositions through the full lifecycle — intake, build, gate reviews, launch and refresh • Translate cross-industry offers into credible sector-specific versions with real proof and real context • Work through Industry Guilds to capture practitioner knowledge and turn it into repeatable assets • Maintain the working interlock with Advisory on industry portfolio direction • Build industry toolkits including client narrative, qualification guidance, proof points, competitive positioning and commercial inputs • Monitor industry trends, regulation and competitor moves and bring implications back to the portfolio • Launch industry propositions on schedule and to standard • Ensure toolkit completeness at gate and adoption across markets • Contribute to pipeline and signings attributed to industry offers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in offering or product strategy, industry consulting, or industry-focused product marketing • Real depth in at least one major industry — financial services, public sector, healthcare, retail, energy, travel and transport, telecommunications or manufacturing • Ability to build credibility quickly in other industries • Ability to translate technology capability into an industry buyer's language and priorities • Experience working through communities of practice or expert networks • Strong written craft and structured lifecycle discipline • Consulting background in an industry practice at a large professional services firm • Experience with regulated industries and the constraints that shape how they buy • Experience building repeatable industry assets rather than bespoke ones • Familiarity with modernization or AI adoption patterns within a specific sector • If hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination
