📋 Description

• Develop business cases, product definitions, and product concept memos for assigned opportunities • Incubate emerging healthcare data, workflow, and AI-enabled decision-support products • Collaborate with payer, provider, clinical, general management, technical product management, and engineering stakeholders • Support product roadmap development by documenting capabilities, dependencies, and priorities • Execute with technology and external partners to prototype and accelerate data strategies and enterprise capabilities • Evaluate build-versus-partner opportunities and support partner sourcing, capability evaluation, and due diligence • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research • Evaluate and onboard external data assets and partnerships • Drive technical and commercial proof-of-concepts with partners • Serve as a product subject matter expert for internal training, client discussions, pre-sales, sales, and commercialization • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure compliance with data-governance, privacy, contractual, and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering or related field • 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, strategy consulting, commercialization, or related discipline • Experience with clinical and pharmacy data, data-as-a-service, APIs, interoperability, and FHIR preferred • Ability to conduct market discovery, create business cases, define product packaging, monetization models, and go-to-market strategies for data assets • Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, platforms, product development lifecycles, and business planning • Experience collaborating with Azure, Databricks, AWS and/or GCP on joint technology strategies or co-innovation initiatives • Strong hybrid business and technology skills to communicate with business and engineering audiences • Familiarity with AI/ML models, intelligent agents, and financial/clinical workflow automation • Experience using SQL, BI, and analytics tools • Experience supporting external data partnerships, third-party vendor integrations, rapid POC commercialization, and scalable product capabilities • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to present recommendations, business cases, product concepts, and complex information to clients, cross-functional teams, and senior management • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without immigration support or sponsorship now or in the future
