📋 Description

• Design clear, intuitive, and visually cohesive user interfaces • Shape how users move through screens and how visual and interactive elements support that movement • Translate product intent and user needs into usable, accessible, and consistent interface designs • Design interfaces at the skeleton and surface levels • Bring interfaces from concept through implementation • Execute design work independently • Collaborate closely with design and delivery teams • Apply and contribute to design systems and component libraries • Translate requirements into production-ready interface designs • Work with cross-functional teams and front-end engineers during implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing user interfaces for web or digital applications • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, color, and interaction design • Ability to design at the skeleton and surface levels of the experience • Proficiency with industry standard design and prototyping tools • Experience applying and contributing to design systems and component libraries • Ability to translate requirements into clear, production ready interface designs • Experience collaborating with cross functional teams in a product or delivery environment • Experience designing for accessibility and inclusive design standards • Familiarity with usability testing and incorporating findings into interface design • Experience working closely with front end engineers during implementation • Exposure to enterprise or complex digital products
