📋 Description

• Lead design activities connecting insight, imagination, and execution for the next era of computing • Lead user research to uncover pain points in the human-AI relationship • Create journey maps that clarify multi-step agentic reasoning for end users • Design dynamic interaction patterns handling AI latency, ambiguity, and error states • Facilitate co-creation workshops and usability tests • Collaborate with creative technologists, AI engineers, developers, and product managers • Design human-validation hand-off moments and build transparency and trust into automated workflows • Advocate for accessibility, inclusive intelligence, and equitable AI experiences • Shape human-centered design perspectives for agentic AI • Use clear storytelling to inspire alignment across the design lifecycle from discovery to delivery

🎯 Requirements

• UX / experience design or a related field, with a strong portfolio of enterprise or innovation-studio projects • Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability testing methods • Comfortable facilitating co-creation sessions and presenting to clients • Direct experience with AI, agentic AI/UX and data-driven design is preferred • A POV on how AI can drive human-centered design and co-creation • Experience with emerging AI assistants (Figma Make, MiroAI, Adobe Firefly, Lovable, etc.) • Fluent in Figma or Sketch, or similar prototyping tools • Experience working with developers / product managers to translate research into delivery • Excellent communication skills in English
