• Support the launch of Kyverna's cell therapy approach for autoimmune disease. • Serve as commercial account lead for designated treatment centers, academic institutions, community practices, and referral networks. • Drive demand and execute strategic account plans within the assigned geography. • Deliver defined sales, account, and performance objectives while maintaining compliance and patient focus. • Own commercial strategy, performance, and execution for assigned treatment centers and referral networks. • Develop account-specific business plans aligned with national and regional priorities. • Increase appropriate patient identification, referral, access, and treatment. • Analyze account dynamics, referral patterns, patient flows, competitive activity, and market trends. • Build relationships with stakeholders across neurology, Hem/Onc cell therapy, and relevant specialties. • Navigate academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, community practices, and referral networks. • Support treatment centers and referring networks with cell therapy operational requirements and readiness. • Establish processes between referring physicians and authorized treatment centers. • Collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services, Operations, Medical Affairs, Clinical, and other internal teams. • Provide customer, account, competitive, referral, and market insights to leadership. • Influence internal resource allocation and prioritization without direct authority. • Participate in scientific, industry, and customer forums. • Maintain accurate account plans, customer information, activity documentation, and business intelligence. • Execute activities in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and industry standards. • Demonstrate sound judgment in complex customer and patient-related situations.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. • 7+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty pharmaceutical, or complex healthcare sales/commercial experience. • Experience in autoimmune disease, rheumatology, neurology, immunology, rare disease, specialty medicine, or cell therapy. • Demonstrated success managing large, complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. • Experience working with academic medical centers, community practices, integrated delivery networks, or other complex healthcare systems. • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans. • Demonstrated ability to identify and influence key stakeholders across complex organizations. • Strong understanding of the patient journey and ability to identify opportunities to improve patient identification, referral, access, and treatment. • Experience with cell therapy, CAR-T, or other complex therapies strongly preferred. • Launch experience in a specialty, rare disease, autoimmune, or cell therapy environment highly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without direct authority. • Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and strategic planning skills with exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • High level of scientific and technical aptitude with the ability to credibly engage with healthcare professionals. • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare compliance requirements. • Ability to travel within assigned territory and nationally as needed with a valid driver's license. • Experience with buy-and-bill, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, or other complex access models.
