📋 Description

• Lead and manage maintenance and sustainment activities and maintenance personnel for a fleet of three G550 aircraft • Ensure aircraft operational readiness and mission success • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve platform performance • Apply in-depth G550 aircraft maintenance knowledge to support maintenance and operational performance • Analyze maintenance data and reports to meet mission availability objectives • Fly on the aircraft as required to support mission operations and system maintenance • Ensure compliance with Flight and Ground Operations safety and regulatory requirements • Serve as the single point of contact and authority for customer in-service concerns • Maintain regular contact with customers and the Customer Account Team • Coordinate customer service and support across the worldwide organization • Manage budgets, schedules, and risk management plans • Provide solutions to customer issues and coordinate internal functional teams • Communicate and interpret technical and operational processes for internal and external contacts • Manage complex, strategically important initiatives involving large cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience, or graduate degree and minimum 7 years of prior related experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum 13 years of prior related experience • Ability to obtain and maintain eligibility for a security clearance to access U.S. classified information • Ability to fly on G550 aircraft to support mission operations • Experience developing and implementing maintenance and sustainment plans • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk management plans • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication, relationship-building, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • 6+ years of experience as an In-Service Account Manager or Program/Project Manager in an international environment preferred • 6+ years of commercial or military aviation/aerospace customer support or program/project management experience • DOD, Special Operations, Airborne Law Enforcement, or similar background desired • Comprehensive knowledge of the job area and in-depth project management knowledge • PMP certification is an asset • Experience troubleshooting electronic and mechanical systems • Experience with international customers or business partners • Understanding of strategic business planning processes • Understanding of aerospace/military maintenance planning concepts is an asset • Knowledge of ITAR and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) desired • Familiarity with government contracting preferred but not required • Knowledge of contract terms and conditions and subcontract management • Proven experience providing complete and innovative customer solutions • Excellent presentation, organizational, and time-management skills • Strong analytical and query skills • Negotiation and conflict/issue resolution skills • MS Office applications, including Word and Excel, and specialized software test programs • Previous success working under limited supervision or autonomously • Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment • Ability to travel domestically and internationally with short notice, up to 10%
