⢠Develop integrated master schedules (IMS) using SOW and WBS ⢠Manage complex projects or processes with general oversight ⢠Create and track plans and schedules ⢠Perform risk analysis ⢠Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts ⢠Analyze and validate program schedules through baseline maintenance ⢠Support Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and schedule metric analysis including BEI, CEI, CPLI, and SPI ⢠Implement and monitor Earned Value Management Systems on programs ⢠Integrate project and program schedules across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality functions ⢠Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors ⢠Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines ⢠Explain and interpret program scheduling policies, procedures, and practices ⢠Lead scheduling status reviews and briefings with senior leaders ⢠Contribute to departmental goals and operating plans ⢠Participate in schedule training, engineering, and program excellence organization activities
⢠Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior scheduling experience ⢠Graduate Degree and minimum 4 years of prior scheduling experience ⢠In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related scheduling experience ⢠3+ years of experience creating and/or maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and supporting schedules ⢠2+ years of experience utilizing scheduling software, such as Microsoft Project ⢠2+ years of experience creating and presenting project-level reports, presentations, and deliverables reflecting risk and status to program and senior management ⢠Working knowledge of Planning & Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG), latest version, EVMS Standard (EIA 748-D), IPPD, and IPMR strongly desired ⢠Monte Carlo Risk Analysis / Schedule Risk Analysis ⢠Agile Development methodologies associated with EVMS ⢠Critical thinking and problem solving ⢠Attention to detail and quality of product deliverables ⢠Familiarity with scheduling add-on tools such as OPDEC, Structured Solutions SSI tools management, RiskyProject, or similar software ⢠Experience with cost and schedule integration software ⢠Experience in macro development ⢠Ability to work with a team and independently
