📋 Description

• Oversee implementation and operational support of SAP Finance and Project Systems functionality • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and managed service support personnel • Design, configure, and test SAP FI/PS solutions • Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices • Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for SAP Finance and Project Systems modules • Support finance and project systems functionality for large SAP implementation projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts • Develop and maintain functional specifications and process-flow documentation • Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements • Provide guidance for troubleshooting complex issues • Build internal and external customer relationships by aligning system solutions with changing business requirements • Stay current with new technologies within SAP systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience • Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience • Minimum of 9 years of experience in ERP system utilization and operational leadership • Proven track record of successful system implementations and support • Strong understanding of financial processes, project management principles, and SAP integration points with other modules (e.g., MM, SD) • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong presentation skills • Experience with development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation • Experience working within financial applications, with emphasis on accounting or shared services functions • Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile
