📋 Description

• Build sophisticated Business Intelligence models to deliver strategic insights into retention, customer delivery, and service costs • Spearhead renewals and churn assumption frameworks to support executive decision-making and central revenue forecasting • Track Lifetime Value, Net Promoter Score, and engagement trends to maximize platform stickiness • Analyze cost-to-serve metrics, deflection rates, and service ticket productivity to drive operational efficiency across customer-facing teams • Serve as a strategic partner within the Customer FP&A team • Shape retention strategy, optimize customer lifetime value, and turn complex metrics into actionable insights

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, customer analytics, or SaaS FP&A roles • Deep expertise in data analytics • Demonstrated proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle or NetSuite • Proven track record of leveraging data to drive strategic alignment across Customer Success, Support, and Renewals teams • Demonstrated strength in process optimization and automating systems to enhance operational productivity • Experience integrating AI-driven analytical solutions to streamline financial modeling • Strong familiarity with product adoption metrics such as Monthly Active Users and depth-of-use tracking
