📋 Description

• Serve as an embedded finance business partner to 1–2 functions across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, People, and other corporate functions • Translate business plans into financial plans and financial constraints into business tradeoffs • Build and pressure-test business cases for investments across product, sales and marketing, market expansion, headcount, vendors, and build-vs-buy decisions • Track investment outcomes and unit economics and close the loop with leadership • Run the financial planning and monthly forecasting process end-to-end • Manage operating budgets through monthly reviews, variance analysis, and guidance • Maintain forecasts and improve understanding of business drivers • Help define meaningful KPIs and collaborate with Data to make them visible and trusted • Apply AI tools to drive faster insight, greater efficiency, and smarter decision-making • Help shape how the Finance team works as AI tools evolve

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience • Ideally blending Investment Banking, Consulting, or Private Equity/Venture Capital with a highly analytical Strategic Finance role at a fast-growing tech company • Experience owning the numbers or serving as a critical financial partner to a fast-growing business or product line • Ability to translate financial analysis into decisions that sharpen strategy and drive results • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and solve open-ended problems • Ability to communicate complex insights clearly • Active use of AI tools to improve efficiency, analysis, and decision-making
