📋 Description

• Coordinate supplier engagement • Obtain and consolidate supplier quotes • Support cost and price analysis • Maintain complete and audit-ready procurement documentation • Assist with compliance and management review activities • Support the Proposal Team within a centralized, cross-functional organization focused on strengthening the supply chain proposal process • Work closely with the MPM and cross-functional stakeholders • Help deliver high-quality, risk-mitigated, and fully compliant proposals in support of business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements related to procurement and proposal support • Experience supporting proposals or procurement activities in a DoD environment • Knowledge of supplier quote collection, price analysis, and procurement documentation requirements • Ability to maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready records • Ability to interpret and apply purchasing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and support multiple proposal efforts under schedule constraints • Experience supporting management reviews and documenting proposal decisions and actions • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; or a Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience; or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
