📋 Description

• Lead the Consolidations team • Consolidate the company’s financials in accordance with US GAAP • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data • Review and approve monthly consolidated adjustment entries • Review quarterly consolidated accounting schedules submitted by segments • Reconcile and analyze intercompany accounts • Support preparation and tie-out of external financial documents, including SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, Earnings Releases) • Support internal and external audit requests • Support implementation of OneStream consolidation software • Provide ad hoc reports and analysis to Compliance, Tax, Financial Planning, and Investor Relations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 12 years prior experience, or Graduate Degree with 10 years prior experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience • CPA with active license (preferred, not required) • Experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Workiva (WDesk) (preferred) • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mentality • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Good communication skills with employees at all levels of the organization • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, flexibility, and adaptability • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Great organizational skills and ability to multi-task
