📋 Description

• Forecast and analyze IT services spend for monthly forecasting and annual planning cycles • Assist the IT Finance Manager with cost-saving recommendations • Provide monthly reporting, including variance and trend analysis, for management review • Elevate critical issues and recommendations to management • Work with service owners and project managers to project capital needs and expenditure timing • Provide capital investment analysis • Streamline and automate financial-data processes into decision-making information • Prepare account reconciliations and standard journal entries for monthly close • Support internal and external audit/compliance requirements • Prepare ad hoc analyses, reports, and presentations • Collaborate with functional areas in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting • Strong understanding of financial management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices • Proven experience in developing and maintaining financial models • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in financial management software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle) • Proactive problem-solving with minimal supervision • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills • Background in budgeting and/or forecasting analytics • PeopleSoft Financials and Hyperion Planning experience • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
