📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, and offer extension • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle • Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System while adhering to compliance and talent acquisition processes • Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity, and respect • Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines • Operate with a high sense of urgency and be action-oriented

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in Full Cycle recruiting with active sourcing • Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience is required • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors • Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting • Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, selection of talent, and closing strategies (negotiations, etc.)
