📋 Description

• Build the recruiting playbook and hiring philosophy for Sales & Partnerships and Operations • Own full-cycle recruiting and pipeline generation • Develop corporate recruiting strategies, including target companies, titles, markets, and hiring channels • Set pipeline plans, track progress weekly, and meet hiring targets • Represent Seven Starling’s mission to candidates • Own the hiring journey from intake through signed offers, with a warm handoff to onboarding • Track pipeline conversion, time to fill, and offer acceptance • Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates and recruiting communities • Partner with hiring managers on candidate profiles, timelines, and pipeline health • Conduct screening meetings, summarize candidates, coordinate scheduling, and prepare interviewers • Send timely offer, rejection, and update communications and maintain accurate Lever records • Build, test, and refine repeatable recruiting processes • Support one-off requisitions in other departments • Share pipeline data with the Director of People Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting for primarily sales and metrics-driven positions, ideally high-volume, with a record of consistently hitting hiring targets • Strong talent sourcing and cold outreach experience • Experience finding candidates who were not actively looking and building candidate pipelines from nothing • Experience hiring sales or operations roles • Comfortable with targets and accountability • Proficient with ATS systems and recruiting tools • Experience with Lever is nice to have • Experience at a venture-backed startup is nice to have
