📋 Description

• Lead recruiting programs and manage vacancies through sourcing, screening, selection, and appointment • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and translate hiring needs into clear requisitions • Develop sourcing strategies, select recruiting channels, and build qualified candidate networks and pipelines • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience and represent Worldwide effectively • Evaluate candidates and document interview and selection activity • Support hiring managers and HR Business Partners with compensation packages and offers • Manage third-party recruiter relationships and service delivery • Maintain accurate recruitment systems and coordinate employment background checks • Support compliance with applicable legal requirements • Analyze recruitment data and contribute to recruitment improvement projects • Coach junior team members and share recruitment expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification • At least 4 years of related experience • Experience recruiting Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in English • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy • Strong ability to represent Worldwide as an employer and engage effectively with prospective candidates • Confidence driving the recruitment process and working assertively with hiring managers • Candidates must reside in the United States or Argentina
