📋 Description

• Manage complex procurements, projects, and processes with general oversight • Manage multiple Government procurements supporting multiple Government Programs • Focus on 1–3 highly visible/complex suppliers • Manage large, complex project initiatives with minimal oversight or direction • Communicate within and outside the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes, and approaches • Improve processes, systems, or products • Explain, interpret, and communicate policies, procedures, and practices to achieve cooperation with internal and external customers • Provide guidance and assistance to other employees • Perform procurement activities, including acquisition of materials, components, and services at realistic and competitive prices meeting schedule, safety, and quality standards • Perform price/cost analysis • Provide proposal support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience, or graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience, or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience • Strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement • Broad knowledge of project management • Familiarity with issuing supplier contracts to support direct programs above the T.I.N.A. ($2M) threshold with minimal guidance
