📋 Description

• Process a high volume of out-of-balance adjustments and refunds within assigned completion dates • Conduct research and communications while maintaining department standards and quality expectations • Support inventories and report variances of possible concern • Follow department standard operating procedures for all processes • Handle aged accounts receivable according to Standard Operating Procedure • Perform specialized accounts receivable processing in Cash Applications, Cash Posting, and Negative Balances • Communicate with leadership and partner teams to ensure accurate and timely remittance processing • Meet weekly and monthly production goals • Perform duties with general supervision

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent • 1 year or more work experience with insurance, claims, explanation of benefits, cash posting, billing or accounts receivable • Labcorp Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred • Experience identifying issues and trends with assigned payers • Ability to communicate with leadership and partner teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of remittance • Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity • Ability to meet weekly and monthly production goals • Flexibility with changing priorities • Strong communication skills • Intermediate Excel skills • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8am EST–5pm EST during training; flex hours apply after training
