📋 Description

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor’s offices, and private insurance carriers in English and Spanish • Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances • Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone • Maintain performance goals • Become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program • Deliver exemplary customer experiences through innovation and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent • Bilingual English and Spanish • 1 year or more customer service experience • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment • Professionally fluent in both English and Spanish • Attention to detail and focus • Ability to perform successfully in a team environment • Excellent organizational skills • Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications • Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency • Excellent communication skills • Energetic, passionate customer service • Ability to seek solutions to challenging patient billing issues • Work schedule availability: Monday–Friday, 11am–8pm EST (with corresponding Central, Mountain, and Pacific times) • Training availability: 9am–6pm EST
