📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver frozen poultry vaccines • Use inventory and order management systems to track and document vaccine orders, delivery, and chain of custody • Support oversight of customer vaccine application processes • Work with the Vaccine Delivery Manager, Poultry Account Managers, Poultry Marketing, Global Manufacturing & Supply, and Managed Service teams • Ensure compliance with customer expectations, safety standards, and regulations • Train and educate customers on best practices in vaccine mixing and handling • Conduct audits of day-of-age spray applications • Assess customer needs, prioritize product allocations, optimize inventory availability, and plan delivery routes • Deliver products in the assigned territory • Build customer relationships and loyalty to Zoetis poultry products and services • Train and evaluate customers on proper product use and application • Manage customer communications regarding Zoetis poultry products and services • Provide quality assurance standards and audits • Ensure safe handling of frozen vaccine products and adherence to standard operating procedures • Oversee and audit customer spray cabinet operation and utilization • Monitor customer participation in marketing programs and strategic portfolio customer contracts • Provide sales colleagues with updates following customer visits • Provide training, corrective action, and visit summaries to internal and external stakeholders • Maintain required safety and regulatory awareness or certifications for handling and transporting frozen vaccines in liquid nitrogen • Maintain documentation and communications for customer experience, inventory management, order fulfillment, regulatory, safety, and accounting needs; keep records audit-ready and support traceability and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Ag Science, business administration, or similar is preferred • Experience may be considered in lieu of education • Two years Planning/Scheduling utilizing an automated system or related experience • Poultry industry knowledge and awareness preferred • Proficient organizational and route planning skills • Good oral and written communication • Experience with SAP, Office suite and Salesforce • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers • Understanding of logistics and regulatory standards • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Must possess or obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis • Individuals requiring sponsorship must disclose this fact
