📋 Description

• Support or manage all aspects of proposal and budget processes for assigned opportunities, including text, quotes, budgets, RFI responses, financial analysis and database analysis • Manage opportunities autonomously, establish timelines, meet client requirements, provide answers and resolve obstacles with appropriate support • Analyze RFI and RFP documents to identify missing information for budget, proposal and RFI response preparation • Follow up with appropriate contacts to obtain additional information • Shadow or manage strategic and operational calls related to opportunities • Administratively support internal and external opportunity management negotiations involving pricing, processes, resources and timelines • Support client-facing and senior-management-facing activities, including preparation, attendance and leadership of applicable meetings • Escalate issues and challenges to the Manager for resolution advice • Perform timely and accurate data entry into departmental and corporate databases and systems • Contribute to client relationship improvement and process improvement initiatives and support implementation • Perform quality control activities according to applicable processes and requirements • Contribute to the content library through official content submissions and updates • Develop knowledge of technical and regulatory environments • Complete other comparable duties assigned by the Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Economics, Clinical research, Pharmacy, Biology or Chemistry • 3 or more years’ experience in a health science or clinical research or pharmaceutical field (preferred) • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact • Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with internal stakeholders, clients and Labcorp senior management • Knowledge of proposal management software applications, such as Salesforce.com and Proposal Automation applications (preferred) • Demonstrated text editing and writing skills • Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize • Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills • Proven ability to work independently • Ability to work to deadlines • Strong analytical skills • Positive attitude and sense of urgency • Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours as needed to accommodate global schedules or meet client delivery needs
