📋 Description

• Supports or manages proposal and budget processes, including text, quotes, budgets, RFI responses, financial analysis and database analysis • Manages assigned opportunities autonomously, establishes timelines, meets client requirements, provides answers and resolves obstacles • Analyzes RFI and RFP documents and follows up for missing information • Shadows or manages strategic and operational opportunity-related calls • Supports internal and external opportunity management negotiations involving pricing, processes, resources and timelines • Supports preparation, attendance or leadership of client-facing and senior-management-facing meetings • Escalates issues and challenges to the Manager • Performs timely and accurate data entry into departmental and corporate databases and systems • Contributes to client relationship improvement and process improvement initiatives • Performs quality control activities • Contributes updates and additions to the content library through the official submission process • Develops knowledge of technical and regulatory environments • Completes other related duties assigned by the Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Economics, Clinical research, Pharmacy, Biology or Chemistry • 3 or more years’ experience in a health science or clinical research or pharmaceutical field preferred • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact • Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with internal stakeholders, clients and Labcorp senior management • Knowledge of proposal management software applications (e.g., Salesforce.com, Proposal Automation applications) preferred • Demonstrated text editing and writing skills • Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize • Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills • Proven ability to work independently • Ability to work to deadlines • Strong analytical skills • Positive attitude and sense of urgency • Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours as needed to accommodate global schedules or meet the client’s delivery needs
