📋 Description

• Perform pre-accessioning order processing, including patient creation, order creation, and task creation for customer support teams • Meet established SLAs and OKRs • Perform post-accessioning order processing, including entering order information into Invitae systems • Conduct quality control of previously entered information in Invitae systems • Create customer support tasks for kit requests and missing information • Communicate with Accessioning and Client Services teams as needed • Maintain reports • Perform compliance activities • Attend team meetings and training

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent • 1 or more years’ experience in healthcare, science, data processing, or related field • Strong data entry and typing skills • High level attention to detail with ability to problem solve • Flexibility and ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly • Experience or knowledge of genetic testing or related field • Strong communication skills both written and verbal • Experience managing multiple applications and using two monitors • Strong organizational skills • Proficiency with Salesforce, JIRA, or similar CRM/ticketing platforms • Quiet, dedicated, distraction-free work from home space • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Proficiency with remote collaboration • Preferred: 1 or more years’ experience working in a genetic testing clinical laboratory • Preferred: 1 or more years’ experience working in a collaborative team environment • Preferred: Current or prior Invitae experience • Preferred: 1 or more years’ experience working in a metric/volume driven role
