📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end processing of all customer orders across internal systems • Ensure required fields, product selections, pricing structures, and service configurations are complete and accurate • Validate pricing, discounts, promotions, and bundled services against approved company standards • Ensure orders are properly structured for invoicing, including subscription setup, billing cadence, payment terms, and tax applicability • Identify and resolve discrepancies before orders are handed off to Finance • Maintain accurate data across CRM, ordering platforms, and billing systems • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success • Communicate order status and clarify discrepancies across teams • Identify order-related issues and discrepancies, resolving straightforward issues and escalating complex cases with documentation • Maintain order accuracy, timely execution, data integrity, reduced billing errors, and SLA adherence

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Austin, Texas, or Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin • 1–3 years in order processing, operations, or administrative support roles • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Clear and professional communication skills • Accountability and ownership mindset • Experience with Salesforce CRM or comparable CRM • Experience with WooCommerce or equivalent ordering system • Knowledge of subscription billing platforms • Experience with Avalara or comparable tax tools • Proficiency with Office 365
