• Support project management for a federal-government contract • Work with the Program Director, other Project Managers, Task Leads, and the client to plan and manage work across the task • Drive scope, team, schedule, budget, and quality aspects to achieve project objectives and deliverables • Plan, execute, and control projects with regard to objectives, schedule, budget, quality, resources, communication, and risks • Direct the project team in planning and implementing projects aligned with scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables • Triage and respond to client or stakeholder inquiries promptly and professionally • Manage software-development projects according to industry best practices • Communicate with clients, management, and staff • Act as a task-management and tracking expert • Juggle competing demands and prioritize work effectively • Schedule internal and external meetings and prepare agendas and materials • Compose and organize meeting minutes capturing discussions, decisions, and action items
• High-school diploma • Five or more years of experience in project management • Experience with government contracts or programs • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment • Experience supporting healthcare-facility onboarding, implementation, technical coordination, or other multi-stakeholder project activities • Experience maintaining project schedules, trackers, risk/action-item logs, and status reporting • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong spoken and written communication skills • Ability to work within a challenging environment across multiple, diverse teams • If required by the project, ability to successfully complete and obtain a federal Position of Public Trust Level 5 background investigation, meet all eligibility criteria, and maintain the required clearance throughout employment • Candidate must reside in the United States
