📋 Description

• Own production scheduling, material planning, purchasing, inventory, and order fulfillment execution for multiple fiberglass manufacturing sites • Execute production and material planning using finite scheduling tools and MRP/ERP • Maintain data integrity and accuracy in ERP, Scheduler, Configurator, and other systems • Manage on-time delivery, lead times, and promise date accuracy • Lead materials purchasing and supplier performance management • Partner with procurement to drive supplier excellence and on-time performance • Escalate issues to prevent stockouts and quality delays • Own inventory accuracy, cycle counting, replenishment strategies, Kanban levels, and safety stocks • Optimize total cost to deliver with customers, sales, product management, operations, procurement, and other partners • Support seasonal stocking, replenishment strategies, and freight optimization • Partner with Operations, Sales, Product Management, and Customer Service • Support product launches, promotions, and growth opportunities • Build plans for NPI, part transitions, value engineering, and other initiatives • Drive process standardization, system adoption, continuous improvement, planning accuracy, execution discipline, and supply chain visibility • Develop, launch, and improve finite scheduling processes • Lead weekly S&OE and support monthly SIOP, aligning demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and service objectives • Provide input for executive SIOP and drive actions to meet cost and sales targets • Identify supply risks, capacity constraints, and execution gaps and drive mitigation decisions • Build, lead, and develop a new multi-site supply chain team • Support and influence cross-functional partners • Travel up to approximately 35% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain • Minimum of 10 years of planning and scheduling experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment • Experience building and leading teams across multiple locations • Thorough understanding of production planning, scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, and shipping and receiving • Preferred APICS certification • ERP experience, including strong knowledge of finite scheduling processes, operations, and master data • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams • Ability to communicate effectively with site and business leadership and lead remotely • Demonstrated experience with S&OE, SIOP, capacity planning, and cross-functional decision-making in manufacturing • Ability to recruit and develop high-performing teams in a manufacturing environment • Familiarity with logistics processes, continuous improvement, and Lean • Strong analytical skills • Strong proficiency using technology and digital solutions • Drug screening, background check, and E-Verify required • Position does not support sponsorship opportunities
