📋 Description

• Manage and scale the supply chain network for Minted’s core stationery business • Directly manage the network of manufacturers • Monitor day-to-day vendor performance across on-time delivery, defect rates, and unit costs • Build capacity models and route orders dynamically to support sales growth and seasonal spikes • Onboard new manufacturing partners and vendors as needed • Own execution strategies for specialty products such as foil-pressed cards • Maximize throughput and operational efficiency while keeping capital expenditures low • Partner with Customer Operations to analyze feedback and identify root causes for late or damaged orders • Execute corrective action plans directly with vendors • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate operational needs into technical specifications for routing, inventory, and order-management systems • Work with external manufacturing partners and internal product, engineering, and customer operations teams to reduce costs while maintaining customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in on-demand supply chain, manufacturing, vendor operations, or e-commerce fulfillment • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (e.g., Looker) • Experience building cost, forecasting, and capacity models • Experience utilizing AI to automate manual processes and build efficiencies • Proven track record managing third-party manufacturers/3PLs • Experience enforcing SLAs and running quarterly business reviews • Ability to translate complex supply chain trade-offs to product managers, engineers, and executive stakeholders • Experience navigating high-volume e-commerce seasonality, especially with on-demand D2C fulfillment • Background in print, paper, custom manufacturing, or high-SKU/personalized e-commerce is a bonus • Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field is a bonus
