📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts • Manage and prioritize a backlog of business analysis assignments and Jira stories • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget • Develop and implement business analysis best practices, methodologies, and tools • Act as quality control within the SDLC • Collaborate with executive leadership to align business analysis efforts with organizational goals • Conduct business process analysis and identify optimization opportunities • Gather and document business requirements • Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications • Communicate requirements to technical teams for solution design and implementation • Liaise between business units and IT departments • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Evaluate business analysis initiatives and their organizational value • Test completed stories in UAT before client testing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field • At least 8-10 years of experience in business analysis • At least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role • Experience in mortgage: due diligence, capital markets or servicing preferred • Strong knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and project management • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Authorized to work in the United States
