📋 Description

• Own the Service Experience swim lane's product strategy and roadmap end to end • Define marketplace trust after booking, expectations, Pro steering, and AI-assisted conflict policies • Build AI-powered support for customers and Pros, including golden datasets, automated judges, regression detection, and human-review sampling • Own Contribution LTV and brand-promise metrics • Develop the vision and proof of concept for AI transformation of the customer and Pro experience • Define standards for trustworthy AI and influence Senior PMs and leadership • Improve AI resolution of support inquiries to over 50% with high satisfaction • Build and launch Pro-side AI support • Increase Contribution LTV by 10% year over year with defensible attribution • Deliver brand-promise outcomes: priced as quoted and done right • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations peers

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of extraordinary outcomes with clear personal impact on decisions • Daily use of AI and experience building with LLMs • Intuition for evaluating AI experiences and understanding of AI direction • Experience with AI evaluation systems, including eval sets and quality assessment • Customer- and Pro-focused product judgment • Data-driven root-cause analysis • Ability to ship quickly without sacrificing quality • Ability to influence leadership and cross-functional peers without direct authority • Ability to prototype with LLMs, write eval sets, read transcripts, and re-architect live systems • Individual-contributor role with no direct reports
