📋 Description
• Refer investor clients to Investors Equity Group for business-purpose loans for investment properties, including fix-and-flips, rentals, and portfolio deals • Earn on the loan closing as well as the sale • Use a dependable funding option for investors who struggle to get approved • Help enable faster closes and reduce deals lost to financing • Work with one direct point of contact for every referred loan • Apply, complete an approximately 15-minute intro call with Ryan Kozersky, receive a partner link, and begin referring
🎯 Requirements
• An active real estate license. • Current investor clients, or a steady flow of investor buyers.
