📋 Description

• Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plan, aligning it with growth objectives and market trends • Lead expansion of market share and operational excellence • Grow the franchise network by supporting current franchisees and identifying new franchise opportunities • Develop and implement franchisee recruitment and onboarding strategies • Oversee day-to-day company operations and franchisee adherence to operational best practices • Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and profitability • Manage revenue growth, profitability, cost management, budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting with the CFO • Build relationships with franchisees and provide training, support, and resources • Maintain brand integrity and oversee marketing initiatives for customer acquisition, retention, and recognition • Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, legal requirements, safety, ethics, and customer satisfaction standards • Lead, mentor, and develop the executive team and foster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement • Serve as liaison between the Board of Directors and executive team; provide updates on performance, initiatives, and challenges • Represent the company to external stakeholders, investors, and partners • Explore technologies, services, and business models to drive innovation in service delivery, customer experience, and franchise operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 5+ years of executive leadership experience, preferably within franchise, restoration, or service-based industries • Proven track record leading and growing a multi-location or franchise business • Strong business acumen in strategic planning, financial management, and operational efficiency • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams and franchisees • Deep understanding of franchise operations, franchisee relations, support systems, and regulatory compliance • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and customer satisfaction initiatives • Results-oriented, hands-on leadership with ability to manage complex projects, resolve challenges, and make data-driven decisions • Willingness to travel as needed to support franchisees and company operations
