• Ensure every student record is accurate, complete, compliant, and processed with exceptional attention to detail • Obtain, review, verify, and maintain academic records from previous educational institutions • Proactively acquire and follow up on outstanding records and resolve missing or incomplete documentation • Partner with students, families, schools, and internal departments throughout the student record lifecycle • Verify records meet admissions requirements before approving enrollment • Process enrollment verifications, transcript requests, withdrawals, truancy documentation, Special Education records, and other student record transactions • Maintain complete and accurate documentation of record activity • Identify discrepancies, resolve record issues, and escalate concerns when appropriate • Safeguard student information in accordance with FERPA, district policies, and record-management best practices • Participate in professional development, team meetings, and continuous process improvement initiatives • Provide professional, empathetic, white-glove service to students, families, and colleagues • Perform other duties as needed to advance the company mission
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Services, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred), or equivalent combination of education and experience (required) • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in records management, education administration, student services, customer service, or a related administrative environment (required) • Experience providing exceptional customer service while balancing multiple priorities (required) • Ability to pass required background checks (required) • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive student information • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity • Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, learning management systems, and task tools such as Asana • Willingness and ability to travel to assigned testing locations for proctoring • Reliable high-speed internet and a private remote workspace • Fixed availability from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mountain Time, year-round • At least 40 hours per week • No concurrent work during scheduled hours; outside employment requires prior written approval
