📋 Description

• Own the Payments Services function, including operations, client delivery, and service quality • Manage executive relationships with sponsor, CRO, and site-network clients, including escalations and renewals • Design services and standardize processes across investigator payments, site payments, and patient reimbursement • Partner with Product and Engineering on the platform roadmap • Translate client and operational needs into product requirements • Lead hiring and development across payment operations and client services • Manage operating metrics including payment cycle times, accuracy, client satisfaction, and service margin

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years working in clinical research, pharma, or supporting services • Executive-level experience with full responsibility for a function • Experience at a company with fewer than 500 employees • Experience serving life sciences company clients • Understanding of how sponsors and CROs buy, evaluate, and escalate • Direct experience with investigator, site, or patient payments (nice to have) • Experience scaling a services function through significant client growth (nice to have) • Exposure to both sponsor-side and vendor-side operating models (nice to have) • Authorization to work in the United States • Ability to obtain employment visa sponsorship if required is not stated
