📋 Description

• Oversee global investigator payments for assigned studies • Manage client relationships and meet client commitments • Supervise and manage daily operations and workloads, including reviewing site payments, conducting client meetings, and overseeing study funds management • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to enhance experience, address queries, and resolve issues • Manage clinical-trial payments to ensure timely and accurate processing in accordance with agreements, IRB, and/or ethics committee requirements • Review and manage clinical-trial funding requests • Perform primary quality control of visit and invoiceable payment data • Perform quarterly reconciliation reviews of payment data throughout clinical trials and during closeout • Manage project escalations, identify root causes, and resolve issues to clients' satisfaction • Perform other duties as assigned by the designated team lead

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • 4+ years of experience in clinical trials or related setting required • Strong project management and leadership skills required • Problem-solving and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional client communication • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Outlook • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to learn quickly, work with new technology systems, and adapt to system changes • Ability to work independently and proactively within a team • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently • Ability to proofread and detect errors in math and grammar • Proficient understanding of basic accounting and budgeting recommended
