📋 Description
• Respond to and assist all inquiries between CMS CSR’s and the public • Provide telephonic interpretations for customer service inquiries in languages other than English • Interpret from English to the target language or from the target language back to English • Maintain confidentiality of interpretations and translations • Protect the integrity of information concerning Personal Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) • Adhere to applicable Federal Privacy and Security acts, especially HIPAA and the Privacy Act
🎯 Requirements
• Native-level mastery/fluency of both languages (English and target language) • An extensive vocabulary ranging from formal language to colloquialisms and slang • U.S. Residency • Valid U.S. Work Authorization, Permanent Resident Car, or U.S. Citizenship
