📋 Description

• Create prompts, playbooks, agents, and automations for legal workflows across contracting, counseling, and governance • Develop sample workflows and documents spanning intake through review and final agreement • Curate a library of high-impact prompts, playbooks, and automations for prospects and customers • Work with in-house legal teams to understand workflows and design practical AI solutions • Support customers post-launch with the customer success team • Lead customer and internal go-to-market workshops and training sessions • Represent LegalOn to in-house legal teams as an expert partner • Share customer insights with Product and Engineering • Contribute to product planning and priorities for AI tools, agents, and automations • Use LegalOn internally as part of the company’s own legal team and convert lessons into customer guidance • Partner with sales as a subject matter expert through tailored pitches and demos

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience practicing law • At least 1 year in-house, in legal ops, or in legal solutions helping in-house teams • Demonstrated use of AI for legal work, including implementation on a team • Ability to learn quickly, think critically, and apply knowledge creatively • Hands-on experience with legal tech tools, such as CLM, automation, or other legal software • Excellent client-facing skills, including empathy, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain and present complex ideas clearly • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa • Preferred: Experience designing or teaching training programs, workshops, or courses • Preferred: Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM-powered tools, or workflow automation • Preferred: Background in legal innovation, knowledge management, or legal tech adoption • Preferred: Strong community-building instincts and interest in connecting people and sharing knowledge
