📋 Description

• Validate employee demographic, employment, organizational, payroll, compensation, and benefits data between systems • Perform record-level and aggregate-level comparisons to identify discrepancies • Develop and execute reconciliation processes for employee master data • Research and resolve data mismatches, missing records, and data quality issues • Document validation findings and maintain audit trails of discrepancies and resolutions • Monitor ongoing data quality metrics and reporting • Design and maintain validation reports and dashboards • Create exception reports highlighting data inconsistencies • Provide regular status reporting on validation progress, data quality metrics, and remediation efforts • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to maintain data integrity across systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or two (2) years of experience in HR technology systems • 2+ years of experience in HRIS or Data Analytics • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, data analysis, and reconciliation techniques • Strong analytical skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities • Experience with Dayforce, Spectrum, or Sage is a plus
