📋 Description

• Schedule patient appointments using the scheduling system • Confirm appointments with patients via phone or email • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient schedules • Coordinate with the team to ensure proper scheduling and patient flow • Respond to patient inquiries and provide customer service • Track cancellations and reschedule appointments as needed • Follow up with patients to confirm their next appointment • Communicate scheduling conflicts or issues to appropriate team members • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous experience in a medical scheduling role preferred • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate schedules • Proficient in using scheduling software and other computer programs • Ability to work independently and remotely • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality • Strong organizational and time-management skills
