📋 Description

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timely • Analyze unbilled reports, provide explanations, and drive resolution • Research and resolve short-paid invoices • Collaborate with functional departments to resolve billing issues • Prepare billing reconciliations and analyses • Meet critical deadlines and departmental goals • Lead billing meetings with internal and external customers • Perform other tasks and projects as required by management

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree with no experience, or a Diploma with 3 years of work experience • US Citizen or Permanent Resident • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced virtual remote environment, meet deadlines, and maintain excellent customer service • Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail • Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint ERP or a system utilized by a large corporation preferred • Certification or additional training in billing or finance-related fields is a plus
