📋 Description

• Lead and execute enterprise-wide EVM and scheduling responsibilities across the proposal, award preparation, startup, IBR, and execution lifecycle • Lead and support EVMS implementations, program support, training, tools, and surveillance functions • Implement EVMS and scheduling policies • Provide proposal and implementation support through training and objective assessments • Support internal and external surveillance, audits, and reviews • Develop, implement, train, and maintain automated EVMS processes and tools • Lead cross-family projects or program teams across multiple disciplines • Support EVMS talent development, performance management, and business strategy • Advise programs on operational decisions and portfolio performance improvements • Align Agile software practices with traditional scheduling and EVMS best practices • Develop advanced EVMS concepts, techniques, solutions, and standards • Serve as an EVMS subject matter expert on deliverables and issue identification/resolution • Interact with senior executive leadership, Program Managers, Contracts, and senior technical personnel • Participate in new business proposals through EVMS requirements, schedule support, and cost-volume input

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience • Additional years of relevant EVMS experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • At least 5 years’ experience leading EVMS implementations • US citizenship required • Able to obtain security clearance • Experienced leadership across program management, EVMS implementation and compliance, scheduling, financial disciplines, and contract management • Ability to lead teams of individual contributors, program finance analysts, schedulers, Control Account Managers, Program Managers, and line executives • Expert knowledge of EVMS, deliverable content, and issue identification/resolution • PMP certification preferred • Scheduling Professional (SP) certification preferred • Earned Value Profession (EVP) certification preferred • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Structured Solutions Inc. Tools for Microsoft Project, Deltek Cobra, Deltek Costpoint, OPDEC Integrated Program Manager, and other scheduling and EVMS tools
