📋 Description

• Drive development, maintenance, and integration of large-scale systems engineering models using DoDAF • Design and deliver network services for the TACMOR program, including subsea, terrestrial, and SATCOM backup services • Manage on-island and off-island communications and an integration facility supporting consistent interfaces and end-to-end service delivery • Develop, maintain, and expand large-scale SysML models using Cameo Systems Modeler and DoDAF • Develop system architecture and engineering artifacts including BDD, IBD, Requirements, Use Case, Activity, and Sequence diagrams • Generate ICD, IDD, SDD, RVTM, and other engineering artifacts using Cameo Report Wizard • Manage collaborative model development using Cameo Teamwork Cloud • Establish and maintain traceability between system requirements and model artifacts • Review models for quality, consistency, completeness, and adherence to modeling practices • Support MBSE modeling standards, processes, and best practices • Collaborate with systems engineers, software engineers, and other technical disciplines • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers adopting MBSE practices and tools • Support customer technical meetings, engineering reviews, demonstrations, and capability briefings • Improve engineering processes through MBSE, modeling, simulation, and digital engineering • Support requirements analysis, system integration, technical assessments, and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• BS engineering degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters engineering degree and 10+ years prior relevant experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • U.S. citizenship • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance • Experience in basic systems engineering and leading system design for a DoW customer • Hands-on experience performing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using SysML • Experience using Cameo Systems Modeler • Experience developing and maintaining system models using multiple SysML diagram types • Experience with requirements traceability and management within a systems engineering environment • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler 2024x or later • Experience with Cameo Teamwork Cloud • Experience with Cameo Collaborator • Experience developing or implementing MBSE modeling standards and processes • Experience providing mentorship or technical guidance to engineers adopting MBSE practices • Preferred: Active Secret clearance • Preferred: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira and Confluence/SharePoint • Preferred: Experience with Python, scripting, or other automation capabilities • Preferred: Experience with systems integration, modeling and simulation, or digital engineering environments • Preferred: Previous experience working DAF systems
