📋 Description

• Review technical energy efficiency applications for incentives and rebates for Ameren Illinois electric and natural gas customers • Review energy-using systems within industrial and/or commercial markets, including HVAC, lighting, compressed air systems, and energy management systems • Research technology changes to support improvements to the energy efficiency program and provide implementation improvement solutions • Maintain working knowledge of the Illinois Technical Reference Manual and associated energy efficiency concepts • Review existing energy savings methods for quality control and improvements • Use independent judgment to verify technical requirements throughout various energy savings initiatives • Coordinate and provide guidance to supporting teams regarding energy efficiency programs • Work closely with contractors, suppliers, architects, and project engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related • Six plus (6+) years of relevant experience • Prior experience in energy efficiency or similar technologies • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, especially Microsoft Excel • Ability to work cooperatively on a technical team and with non-technical team members • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills • Strong planning, organization, time management, and team-building skills • CEM or LEED certification preferred • Understanding of utility-offered products or services preferred • Experience working with commercial contractors preferred • Experience with Advanced Lighting and Controls, Commercial HVAC, Compressed Air, or Industrial Process technology preferred • Familiarity with the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) or ASHRAE Efficiency Standards preferred • Experience with COMcheck, eQuest, Trane TRACE™, or Carrier HAP preferred • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
