📋 Description

• Manage a team of mid to senior-level software engineers and provide guidance on complex technical challenges • Lead the planning, development, and delivery of multiple software projects • Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development efforts with business objectives • Drive continuous improvement in software development practices, including code quality, testing, and deployment • Conduct regular performance evaluations • Support team members in career development • Assist in strategic planning for the software engineering department, including resource allocation and technology investments • Mentor and develop engineering talent

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in software development • At least 2+ years in a management or leadership role • Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies • Strong project management skills and experience managing complex software projects • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to make data-driven decisions • Ability to operate computer equipment • Ability to speak and hear • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs • Finger dexterity • Experience with GoLang, Flutter, AWS, Postgres, MCP built on FastMCP, and AgentCore Runtime
