📋 Description

• Own and drive the evolution of the Subscriptions and Payments platforms • Build foundational systems and APIs for customer-facing experiences • Lead and collaborate on feature development supporting subscription growth, monetization, and business expansion • Make architectural decisions and lead technical discussions • Provide feedback on team designs • Improve system reliability, observability, scalability, and maintainability • Build and maintain technical documentation • Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering to define scope, discuss tradeoffs, and deliver solutions • Conduct code reviews to improve quality, standards, and knowledge sharing • Participate in an occasional on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in a software development role • 4+ years of experience with Node.js or another backend technology • 1+ years of experience leading and implementing complex designs • TypeScript experience preferred • Experience with systems deployed in an AWS environment preferred • Strong communication and cross-organizational collaboration skills • Ability to solve ambiguous, complex problems • Care for reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems • Must be based in the United States • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must be 18 years of age or older
