📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of pre-admission testing (PAT) workflows, hospital operations, and user needs to identify high-leverage opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden for clinical staff • Collaborate closely with engineers and product management to define and refine product requirements • Own the design, execution, and optimization of the PAT Assist product • Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback • Ensure a seamless user experience that balances simplicity, rigor, and delight • Mentor and support cross-functional teammates across engineering • Deliver and communicate a cohesive product vision that aligns with company goals • Build scalable, intelligent systems that enhance the efficiency and reliability of automated workflows • Work cross-functionally with engineering and product to shape solutions that deliver measurable value

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product engineering • Proven track record delivering engineering solutions in a fast-paced remote startup environment • Hands-on fullstack experience with Python and TypeScript/React • Strong communication and ability to influence and collaborate across all levels • Systems-thinking ability balancing big-picture vision with attention to detail • Passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems • Employment contingent upon satisfactory completion of a pre-employment background investigation and drug test
