📋 Description

• Monitor federal, state, and agency rules and regulations to provide compliance guidance for implementation of changes • Maintain knowledge of company services, policies, and procedures • Assist in developing and implementing written policies and procedures • Assist with compliance monitoring and preparation for federal and/or state audits, regulatory examinations, licensing requirements, and quality assurance reviews • Assist with marketing and advertising reviews to ensure compliance with TILA regulations • Apply advanced problem-solving and analytical skills while working independently on multiple projects • Interact with company associates • Perform additional duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• BA or equivalent work experience • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mortgage regulatory compliance and investor guideline experience • Familiarity with NMLS licensing requirements, rules and procedures • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and FrontPage • Detailed professional with strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while utilizing multitasking skills • Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner • Proven team player able to work quickly, accurately, and independently with all levels of management • Strong work ethic
